Thank you for shopping at Agrodisctour. We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening and home planting tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a clear and straightforward return process.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in the same brand-new condition that you received it, and not altered.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags.
• You must present a valid order number or receipt of purchase.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@agrodisctour.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, our support team will provide the exact return shipping address and instructions. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior notice cannot be processed.
3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original box to prevent transit damage.

Return Shipping Fees
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: If you received a broken, defective, or incorrect gardening tool, Agrodisctour will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Purchased by Mistake): If you wish to return a non-defective product because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying actual return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
• Financial institutions typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refunded amount back into your account.
